I need advise on... how to lift myself above a bar. To be more specific I'm trying to go up and over a bar at the end of a pull up. I keep getting stuck at chin level.
Anyone have any advise on what kind of exercises I should be doing that'll work the right muscles I need to do this? I weigh 189 and am trying to cut to 170 which seems to be the max weight I can lift by pulling downwards on a machine without being dragged up into the air.
