- Started TKD in the WTA in 1985. After about 4 months I switched schools. My new instructor had done a similar style of TKD previously as well, he was also a disabled VN Vet and helped my hand-to-hand have much more realism than what I've normally seen in TKD. 4th degree.
Did some TC, and WC years ago.
My training is now at a MMA gym (the Barracks). Steve Boyd (SBGi instructor, CMD instructor, JKD etc) is one of my coaches. I'm pushing myself 2 hours per night, 3-4 days per week and loving it. Thank god for Glutamine HCL ;p.
