I trained briefly in BJJ with Brian McLaughlin at Hudson Valley Jiu-Jitsu back in 2005 (now called Precision MMA)
Not only a great bunch of guys but they provided a wonderful learning / Training environment.

After a 2 year hiatus from starting a career and family I began training again at Black and Blue MMA (http://www.blackandbluemma.com/)
i've once again been lucky enough to find a great group of experienced teachers and discovered a new passion for arts such as Judo.
