    Every day you know exactly what lifts you're doing, how much you're lifting, etc. It hasn't left me too sore after any workout, so after a day of rest I've never been reluctant to get back in the gym. I started off squatting the bar (45lbs), and am on 205 lbs today, just following the program. By starting at a low weight I had some time to clean up my form, too.
    I'm just much stronger than when I started. I wish I had maxed on everything my first day just so I could see how far I've come.
