- I have studied Martial Arts in one form or another for over 20 yrs - started with Tae Kwon Do, moved on to Aikido (Shodan), Jyodo (2nd kyu), Iaido (Shodan) and Aiki-jiujitsu (Yellow Belt). I beleive Martial Arts have helped me become a better person in in general.
