Here the thing about JKD.1st off not to brag but Im a student of Taki Kimura, Bruce Lees highest ranked student and best friend. 2nd most people on bullshido are idiots. 3rd is have you read Tao of Gung Fu? Tao of JKD? Wing Chun, like any martial art is only effective if you have a good teacher. Ive found wing chun to be helpful but its stance is unrealistic in todays world. As far as JKD goes, read and understand the philosophies that Bruce preaches and it WILL help you in what ever martial art you take. JKD can be taught but most people misinterpret it. If you have any ?s, ask me, not these idiots on bullshido.
