I love the sport combat arts so I have also kick boxed in the old PKA

I married a Filipina so have been training Escrima for the last 20 yrs to give my children part of their heritage

But lets face it, without reality all our training is just theory, so I also train and am a certified instructor for Hock W. Hockheeim and his CQC Scientific Fghting Congress.
