Currently only training about 4-6 hours a week. Spent the last several years nursing injuries. Currently have 2 herniated discs and last year a major shoulder surgery. Main focus now is on training intelligently.

Over 18 yrs. of Judo (10 yrs. competetive). Over 23yrs. boxing (3 yrs. competitive). 3 yrs. high school wrestling. 18 months Tae Kwon Do (hated it.) 1 year of Sombo. I consider myself a grappler, although I'm very comfortable with my hands. Have no real kicking ability and don't particularly want any.
