Martial Arts Experience:

I've been involved with Martial Arts since the age of about 4. Started with Karate and after achieving 1st Dan (8 years later), I moved on to Muay Thai for 4 years, then onto Aikido for a year, then onto Krav Maga and Jeet Kune Do for about 2 years, then a martial arts break for about 3 years due to a severe shoulder injury then onto KFMfor 2 years, then Systema for 2 years, and now for the past 5 years Wing Chun and Silat Serak as well as Doce Pares Eskrima

I've also been studying Irish Martial Arts for most of my life through family teachings as well as my own research.
