- I started training in kung fu when I was 14 years old at the original Four Seasons Kung Fu Academy in Lexington, Ky. I studied there for almost three years. When Grandmaster Ng closed the school I went to study under Master Dufresne at International Kung Fu Academy. Although that school is no longer open I still learn from Master Dufresne whenever he is in town to visit. I used to compete on the NASKA circuit and was even regionally & nationally rated in the fighting division for my age and belt rank.
