1986-1990 Trained in Euclid, Ohio with Grandmaster Kwan Chun (Mantis Kung Fu)

1990-1992 Trained solo in Rochester NY (trips back to Cleveland to train with and visit Master Chun)

1993-2000 Trained in Rochester NY with a group of Martial Arts Enthiusiasts. Dabbled in other forms of Kung Fu, Aiki Jujitsu, JKD, Kali, BJJ, and other systems,

2000-2001 Moved to Cali, and didn't train.

2002-2003 BJJ in Mountain View at Ralph Gracie's School in Mt. View CA

2003-2004 BJJ at American Kick Boxing Academy in Campbell

2005-2006 Solo training, and drop in to various schools.

2006-Present Training in Sambo with Serge Gerlach

2008-2012 Ran Bay Area Combat Sambo with Ben Garrett at Cheetah's Muay Thai

2009 Alushta, Ukraine 10 days at SPARTAK with Igor Kurinnoy

2010 San Francisco 2 days training with Igor Kurinnly

2011 Alushta, Ukraine 10 days at SPARTAK with Igor Kurinnoy
