- The obvious TKD/Karate/Judo experience that most people have when they are younger for a while, then moved onto some KungFu (shaolin) and Shuai Jou for about 2 years, with some BJJ added in after the throws.
Now I mostly learn from whever I can, spar with some JuJitsu/Judo guys. Some BJJ, but mostly HsingYi and Bagua (taiji push hands as well). I like to sift through the mysticism and nonsense of IMA' and hopefully use only whats useful.
