- Martial Arts Experience:
- Well ive been doing TuKong martial arts for a little while now. Its great, I lost alot of weight and im getting fit. Was 6'1" 285 now 6'1" 245, and building on my muscle and flexibility and getting wiser everyday. I also do some kickboxing on the side, havent been doing it very long, great fun/exercise though.
