Martial Arts Experience:

I am currently 1st Gup at an ITF TKD school which also incorporates Hapkido and Aikido techniques. I have also started Krav Mag training very recently.

In my youth I got to Dan level at a school that retrospectively was a Tang Soo Doo/Shotokan combination.

This is the basis of my style as much of it is muscle memory. I think a lot of the distinctions between good non-sport TKD and Karate is semantic.
