Growing up My dad taught me how to defend myself . Basically stuff he learned from UDT in Navy and shotokan Karate.
I took various Defensive tactics classes while I worked as a correctional officer for 2 1/2 years
About 1 yr training in A.S.K. Karate
My Aikido Instructor mixed in Wally Jay Small Circle jujitsu stuff
