- Had studied Tae Kwon Do got my Red belt, found it extremely useless in real combat, so joined Wolfes Defendo and found the holy grail of Real hard core training for reality, used it as a Bartender over a dozen times, always succsessfull. Hard core training you go home with the confidence you need to survive todays brutal streets.
