- Practiced since 1998 in various arts including Kickboxing, Isshin-Ryu Karate, and Kung Fu, but since focused on ITF for the greater part of my martial arts experience and spent time working with the local MMA group to get a bit more well-rounded. Currently instructing an ITF TKD class and working my way up through the ranks in BJJ.
