- Martial Arts (of course), Shooting & Survival stuff in the desert, doin' some PT, jumping rope & hitting the bags in the garage.
- Occupation:
- Eternal Student (it sure feels like that), Finished my degrees (English & Philosophy), now doing Teaching credentials this year. Still teach meditation and stress reduction methods (professionally since '99), recently getting back into Zazen practice
- Martial Arts Experience:
- Shorin Ryu Karatedo as a youth, some Small Circle & Danzan Ryu Jujutsu, 10+yrs Bujinkan, getting back into Arnis/Eskrima. Did some Muay Thai, boxing & BJJ in the last few years.
