I've been training in since I was 11. For the first 10 years, I spent much of that time trying out lots of different things before settling on Tang Soo Do for the remainder.

I've trained in Shotokan, Judo, Wrestling, Boxing, Jujutsu, Arnis De Mano, Muay Thai, Tai Chi, and Kung Fu.

I hold rank in Tang Soo Do - 2nd dan, MARF - 1st dan, Shotokan 3 kyu, Jujutsu - green belt.
