- While in high school, I trained in karate, aikido, and kenjutsu while taking school-sponsored judo in my junior and senior years.
After high school, I practiced aikido and judo for some time, but have not trained in a few years.
After years of inactivity, I finally found an active school of Moore's Shou Shu with a very no-bullshit instructor. It feels nice being punched like a hundred times over the course of a few hours.
I miss this.
