    Nice. You'd be better off training striking under someone who actually knew what they were talking about.

    You had better be drilling that elbow escape. That and the butterfly lifts. Head low, rounded back, roly poly style all the way. Soon, shrimp drills.

TKD Krotty Kid for a few seasons as a yute, but wrestling took over thru middle and HS. 90 Dallas North Regional Champ with a medal at state. Messed up my scholarship by running off to snowboard for a decade, wasnt too bad. With little more than a year in kempo in my twenties, i need more striking and some damn footwork. Boxing at CDM Boxing in Houston right now and BJJ at Fabricio Amaral BJJ in the Woodlands, Tx.
