Martial Arts Experience:

Due to work as a civilian contractor and as a member of the US Army National Guard, has had numerous opportunities to train in many of the fighting disciplines at numerous locations to include: Muay Thai, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Jiu-jitsu and currently Judo. Had the opportunity to train at former UFC Champion Matt Serra's academy briefly in 2008 and then in 2009 earned my yellow stripe in Muay Thai and Jiu-jitsu at Siegler's MMA in Augusta, GA. That same year, had my first MMA fight on September 5th. Lost to a close decision, but did very well, where my opponent broke his hand and foot! Currently working in Afghanistan where I won my first boxing match. Currently taking Judo classes in preparation for NAGA when I go home on vacation in June. Am also a member of Team Hammerhead in Portsmouth, VA since May 2008.
