2008-03-31 : My L1, L2 and L3 are beginning to get fucked :(

What I've done in the past:

Judo ages ago, then again for a bit in 92. Some Shotokan in 93, and later Kempo in 94. Fucking katas. Anyways, God-awful jobs I had back then kept messing with my free time... anyways.

Some negligible experience with Latosa Escrima, BJJ and Judo in the past.

For several health, work and family reasons I spent most of 2007 not training at all. I used that time for powerlifting, heal my neck and shoulders and to recover from a staph infection.

Now, March, 2008, I'm back into training.
