- Martial Arts Experience:
- Started my martial arts journey back in the 90's with Shotokan karate and gained my Shodan (1st Dan), cross trained in freestyle karate and gained my 2nd Dan.
Throught the years I've tried various other martial arts, eg Judo, JKD, Ninpo, Tai Chi, Kung Fu (Lau gar & Lee family) to name a few, but didn't gain any belts/ranks in them.
Other styles and arts I have tried and gained belts in include: Ni-Sen (Ishinryu) Karate - 6th Kyu, British Chinese Kickboxing - 2nd belt and American Kickboxing - 1st belt.
