MA's aside, I'm into rock climbing (only indoor and bouldering thus far), SCUBA diving, and running. Considering looking into gymnastics, but I fear it's not the place for the "old man" I'm rapidly becoming.

Martial Arts Experience:

Original training was an after school Karate program offered at my elementary school. I stayed there for about 3 years, and don't believe that counts for much. I have since trained a bit in Tae Kwon Do, both in a dojo setting, and with a group of people who got together under the guise of a study group to beat each other up once or twice a week. I felt that it wasn't the style for me and through a strange series of events became related to a self-proclaimed Taijutsu expert. He trained me for several years, and eventually I moved to San Diego. Here I found another Bujinkan school to continue my education. I impressed some of the people in the class, but am impressed neither with myself nor any other Taijutsu practitioner I've ever met. Looking to broaden my horizons a bit. To that end, I've begun training at an MMA gym called "The Arena."
