Gee, where do i begin...15+ years of various formal and informal training. Let me say upfront I have never recieved a belt or official ranking of any sort, mainly because I was always on the go, and my schedule would force me to stop training at one place, and switch to another. Then a few months later this would happen again. More than once i ended up BACK at a place i was before. But I have formal training in Aikido, BJJ, Kempo Karate, Boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, Kendo, Army Combatives.
When i recently started back into formal training(as opposed to just working out with some guys in a garage) the first thing they said was:

"Did you use to box?"
"Yes."
"You got good hands, but you will need to modify your stance for MMA...and your front kick sucks."

So there you have it.
