3) are you in Israel? cause I know a few ranges and gyms here, or I can take a look at a website if you want a second opinion or anything like that.

hi I was looking at your post on the how fast can you reload thread and I saw that you had an instructor that was a former IDF instructor. I was wondering if you have a name or contact info for IDF instruction.
