Oh well, I've worked out with the KK there, but I'm not a member and anyway, Shihan is kinda... hmmm, how to say? Ever since Oyama died Lowe's version of KK has been set in concrete; what was always an evolving style is now rigid. And what's worse is that they lie to themselves and say that it was always like this. It is a good dojo, but I prefer working out with Kajukenbo or other Hawaiian Kempo schools. Where we do BJJ type guard to side to full /reversals with partner across the hard floor for ten minutes as a warm up.
Sorry, I was just on Hawaii was hoping to meet up with you. I would have liked to see Shihan Lowes school.
