Do you just slip the bands around your power rack or do you have a hook or station setup for the bands? I'm asking because EliteFTS indicates that any kind of knotting of the bands results in a 40lb decrease in tension. Sorry to keep bugging you with this.
I use jump stretch bands, purchased from elitefts.
