Not entirely to plan as I nearly broke my ankle in August via a non-jogging accident. I can walk and even do exercises with it, but I don't want to put too much pressure on it until it's strong enough for running again. I do get up at 6 every morning and do lots of cardio boxing, which sounds crap, but certainly gets me going...
Hopefully will be moving to a less stabby area in February, so this will coincide with my ankle (hopefully) being well enough to jog on.
How goes the roadwork?
