Hey I saw you asking about Cabeca, I think he is a great instructor. He doesn't just sit around while you do things, he walks around and makes sure your doing it right, he also doesn't yell and has a good sense of humor. Our school has quite a few people who have some gold medals in BJJ including myself at a state level, so that should be a good sign.
