Well, here is my most recent comp, just wanted to see what you guys thought. Any tips or comments?

I've been sick the last few days and I woke up with joint aches and a horrible cough. I was about to stay home, but I spent about $70 on entry so I had to at least give it my best shot. I was running on cold medicine and cough syrup, but none the less I was happy with my results and came away with a Bronze Medal.

Here are the vids:

This is me doing my best Anderson Silva impersonation:

This guy was like a little hulk, massively strong and a good wrestler.

And this is me losing by cross-lapel choke, I was a simple mistake on my part. I didn't keep good posture in the guard and the choke was on, and I was tapping, before I knew what was going on.

The coolest thing about this tournament is that everyone was a Will/Machado guy and win or lose everyone got along great and there was no animosity between any of the competitors. Also, Rigan Machado, John Will, Elvis Sinosic, and Anthony Perosh were all there too. It was a good day.

Some of you may have seen my last comp at a Peter De Been School:

Yeah, but he was 4 stripes, I was 4 stripes, and the other guy I went against was 4 stripes.

The armbar was fully on before I went to escape it, and my elbow popped a bit, so I can't really straighten it today. It was a good armbar.
