Can anyone recommend a good school in central Florida. I'm looking for something that doesn't give you new forms to constantly learn, just interested in body conditioning, punching, stances etc.

No CMA around here that meets those.

Wah Lum Temple, O Mei and Moy Yot have body conditioning, punching, stances etc, but they will also teach you forms.

Pai Lum in Longwood and Glen Wilson's school also teach CMA.

I know there was someone teaching Bagua Zhang in a park, but I can't find the information on that.
