Has anyone here on Bullshido heard of Svebor? It's an authentic Serbian combative tradition, that includes not only H2H training but also traditional Serbian weapons, combat horsemanship, knife/stick techniques, and even stone throwing.

What ive seen of it looked pretty larptastic.
Kinda Systema-esque, plenty of compliant self defence drills.

Yeah, some drills really do look stupid. But look around the web, it's not really that bad. From what I understand, they do have full contact sparring that includes both grappling (pins and throws) and strikes. Some of the characteristic strikes:
Danga- a direct strike forward with one’s palm;
Dandara-a slap with one’s fist, sort of like a hook;
Zandarska sljaga (could be translated as “a cop’s slap”)-a slap with your thumb-tip supported at the root of your pinky-finger. The actual hit is executed with a thumb-knuckle. This is a good way to “slap” someone and knock him out while taking the whole row of teeth with you and, yet, having a bunch of witnesses who could swear you only slapped him.
Cuburski udarac glavom (Chuburian head-butt-Chubura is a part of Belgrade, Serbia's capital).
*Phonetics issues:read “ch”-groups as in “chicken “ and "c" as "ts".
It is performed by leaning forward, lowering your chin so that you involve the whole body-mass into your hit usually combined with tugging your opponent towards yourself. Guys from UK know it as “Liverpool-kiss”.
Dvorucni udarac [pronounced more like dvoruchni udarats](double-handed strike) is definitely the most powerful. It is executed by holding one hand in other and swinging from your hip up and across your opponent. It involves combined force of your entire body movement using the most of your speed and mass.
