Ouch. If graciejohn's story is true, then the guy is a BJJ white belt. The problem is, this guy could potentially come on here and claim he's a Black Belt in his art, which he founded, called the Malawian Fighting System. Really, there's nothing that can be done about it. He's the founder, so he's the head guy.

The link provided in that conversation yields a list of instructors, and Mr Malawi is indeed on that list as an accredited instructor (even bearing the title Kru).

The Malawian Fighting System does seem to be turning out MMA fighters. Here is a video of one of their students winning an MMA fight. This is the fighter's first match, so it's not championship level, but it's evidence of the school putting out fighters.

As you can see, a few people have already began questioning Mr. Malawi's legitimacy. The students' responses have been on par with what Bullshido is used to, so should this investigation go any further, expect some trolls. The person who runs that facebook page has deleted posts they deem "immature." That said, should this investigation yield any more questions I would be happy to invite them to this discussion.
