Anyone know a good place to buy them? I checked Cold Steel but theyr tomahawks didnt have what I wanted and were too expensive, same for their kerambits.

If Cold Steel 'hawks are too expensive goto Walmart/Big Lots/etc and buy some $6 POS "camp axe". You will NOT find a cheaper decent 'hawk than a $25 CS product.

I like Cold Steel's Hawks, but they're a little traditional. If you want something a little more ultramodern, this month's Tactical Knives has an interesting article on a new fighting hawk, but I can't remember the name of it. Also, American Tomahawk Company makes a really good one, though it's very expensive.

As for Karambits...well, I don't care for them, so I can't say. But isn't there a http://www.karambit.com/ out there somewhere? Can't vouch for quality, but the selection is good.
