OK, so here is the re-schedule for the Kent, WA SAMBO seminar. Hopefully we have picked a date that isn’t at odds with so many people’s schedules this time. Hope to see everyone their!

Introduction to SAMBO
Seminar / Work Shop
Presented by Sea-Town SAMBO and Lion’s Way Martial Arts
Saturday May 1, 2010, 2 pm – 5 pm (or so)
$25 for the day.
Coach: Aaron Fields, Sea-Town SAMBO, Seattle WA
This seminar will serve as an introduction to SAMBO theories in (Judo) throwing, transitioning to the ground and grappling.
All experience levels welcome! The presented material will greatly benefit the intermediate grappler looking to enrich their knowledge; the advanced grappler looking to add new insights into their game; or the complete novice looking for their first experience with throwing / grappling.
As always, the focus of the training will be on understanding the ideas behind the techniques rather than the memorizations of movements.
