Wait! What happened with the roast beef sandwich? The suspense!
Drink lots of fluids (with calories, if possible - sugar water?) until someone can take you to the doctor.

The roast beef sandwich is currently waging guerilla warfare against my digestive system. In the meanwhile I am also waging guerilla warfare against random racist children via Xbox Live.

I would say what you describe is either a pretty strong gastroenteritis (had the same stuff since Saturday), or a chronic reflux desease (comes from too much acid in your meals and/or too much booze).
Eat oatmeals, drink milk, drink tea, eat (sugar-free) cookies.
GO SEE A DOCTOR.

Went to the doctor, they sent me to get bloodwork done. I managed to get a protein shake down.

To add to my tragic tales, my fiancee (who was my ride) came here, grabbed her ****, and left me.
Left, or left you?

Wait, your Fiance just broke up with you while you were potentially dying?
Holy **** dude. That bitch was definitely not worth it and you dodged a bullet getting out of it before the wedding.

Eh, the wedding was like five months away anyway.
Managed another protein shake and a bananna. Still feel really weak, but the lightheadedness is a lot less frequent. I tried to lift yesterday but gave up after half a set.

don't even think about training right now, man. your body is telling you to take it easy, DO IT.
you have a roommate or something? i feel like you should be under watch in case you suddenly collapse or something.

Jesus christ dude, don't freakin' exercise, your blood sugar might dip too low. Pretend you're a vegetable and get as much energy into your system as possible.
Keep some candy as close to you as possible in case your blood sugar dips too low (thus causing the light-headedness). If it gets too bad you'll go catatonic. Try to force down as much protein and carbs as you can, because at this point you need all the energy you can get. Take some multivitamins as well if you can. Get some fruit juice into you- high in sugar, and usually not too viscous.

Managed to eat another sandwich, turkey this time. I feel like my appetite may be coming back, but who knows.
Sounds like depression to me.

Ate a regular day today finally (around 4000 calories), which is less then what I normally took in before this happened, but I'll take it. Hopefully tomorrow is even better. In the meanwhile I've been staying at my sister's house in case I dropped, but that seems unlikely for now.

Your recovery coincides with your ex-fiance leaving? Sounds like you needed to ditch that bitch.

Talked to my doctor today. Said my iron was way too high and Vitaman D too low. Any advice?
