I have also moved on from percs to Vicodin.

Steve sounds like me 3.5 years ago. Broke my left forearm doing Jiu Jitsu was on Perocet, surgery + 2 Titanium Plates + 12 screws, then on Vicodin.

The good news is I was 100% in a few months. Enjoy the drugs and have a speedy recovery.

Thanks Plasma. The doc thinks 3 months should do it for me. Maybe a bit less since I am already in shape, etc.

I would rather have busted my arm. It is so much less intrusive on your life than a leg break. Once your mobility is gone, you are pretty screwed and everything becomes a problem to do.

I did something similar on Monday night nearing the end of MMA sparring, rolled my foot (inversely) think the tendon/ligament slipped out and then back in (no dislocation or break), I just stepped back poorly and raised my left leg to check a kick, right foot rolled with a nice, loud "POP".

Foot looks like a giant purple, bloated corpse...I'm gonna try and get some pictures up!

Once again, heal quick! Hope there are no complications!

I got back to the club last night for the first time in 2 weeks. Taught from a comfy chair...LOL. It was great to get out of the house!
