Forza is ****. How many times do I have to restart my Xbox because the sound randomly turns off? How many times does it all of a sudden keep on the throttle and never lets off for no fucking reason? Boy, that patch was such a great upgrade! Now the game fucking sucks! Yay!

The main reason that Gears of War 2 sucks is because some genius assigned the same button to "run" and "take cover". I'm fleeing, I'm fleeing, I'm scampering away like a little girl I'M STUCK TO THE WALL and I'm dead.

For SF I ignore the medium punch/kick buttons and just keep the light and heavy punch/kick attacks on the main button. Triggers/Bumpers don't enter in to it. Sure it takes away from from of the moves you could bust out, but like y'all said this controller doesn't do well for fighting games.

That being said, Tekken only has light and heavy attacks....so it should be good on the xbox right? In theory?

X: Left Kick
Cirlce: Right Kick

Different combinations pull off different attacks, which is why I use the "Raptor" hold on the controller, so that I may pull off the different combos more precisely as opposed to just using the thumb. In order to be good at Tekken, you have to use all the buttons and combo patterns. As well as recognize attacks ahead of time. You find out you've been playing too much Tekken when you block and evade an entire 10 hit combo.

As for Gears of War, it was a fun game, but overhyped. I'll still play it from time to time but not with as much as I'd play MGS 3 or L4D2.

Oh, and the entire Halo franchise sucks ass. It's a mediocre game at best. I really don't understand the hype over such crap. To this day, I have a hell of a lot more fun playing the original Unreal Tournament as opposed to such overhyped garbage.

And mid-jabs=pwns a lot of cheese. Almost everyone's d/f+1 can stuff a lot of randomness in between frames.

One game? They're all the same god damn game, fucking idiot. Halo, Gears of War, etc. etc. all of those FPS' are all the same. You go through the same levels with the same **** all the time. You have your crash landing, your sewer level, your vehicle level, your fetch quest level and your run and gun level, your occasional sniper level and finally your boss level where you grab bigger guns and shoot the thing that is different from the other thing.

Not to mention how much of a piece of **** the Xbox is itself.

I'll have to try that.

My favorite has been just countering cheese attacks with Dragunov's <- + both punches for flying armbar sweetness. Nothing gets them more pissed off than countering every one of their attacks to a perfect victory.

The other night I was playing against someone who was using Hwoarang and just a f+lk spam and every time I just caught the kick and knee barred him into death. He exited before the end of the 3rd round.

I'm still learning dragonuv but am having to fight the urge to just go back to characters I know really really well so I can just spam the **** out of 10 hit combos to kill cheese fuckers. However, I feel like a better person for not.

Well I'm a capitalist pigdog and I'm damn proud of it. I make more money than the majority of the population of the world and I'll happily spend it on frivolous and useless items all I want. 'Tis the American way! **** yeah!

And the novels were pretty decent, save for "The Flood." That was a horrible retelling of the first game and only provided a semi-interesting sidestory from the covenant's point of view. After reading the novels you get pissed off at anything Waypoint puts out. Dr. Halsey was NOT that hot or young.
