In December, I'm going to be in NYC visiting family/friends/old instructors from the 20th to the 29th. Obviously 24th/25th are taken up, but I'd love to spar with some of you, take a class, etc. at at least one strange new place while I'm up. I'll probably be loaded up with waaay more food & wine than I ever normally eat during the year and be slow as ****, but all the more reason.

once my travel plans are set for that time, i will let you know if i'll be around. right now i'll be out of town the 24th-26th for sure, but we may go to paris for new years eve as well in which case i'll be gone most of when you are there.

I might be able to scrape up a couple of good Shotokan people, who haven't moved out of NYC, to appear if we get a TD happening.

I'm pumped for anything; I haven't visited home/seen any of my friends/family except my father in 2 years. I'll be in Jamaica Queens and Brooklyn mostly, but I'm sure I'll be going into the city every other night for the 10 days I'm there.

One of the Dojo's is in Long Beach, and that is Mondays and Wednesdays. The other Dojo I play at sometimes is in Syosset at the Syosset middle school. Are you on Long Island? Sensei is looking to work with Sambo people. I know he is currently working with Sambo Steve on a few things.

I'm pumped to be visiting home, first time in 3? years. Unfortunately (much like me) lots of my old Shotokan people moved/split ways and aren't all at one place doing their thing together anymore which is sad, but I still expect to see a couple of them individually and will attempt to bring at least one other person if we get anything going Dec 21-23 or 26-28.

My club will be closed from Dec 24 - Jan 1, but if people are down we, can pick a day for a holiday TD.

You guys just pick any day between 20-28 (except 24th and 25th) and I'll be there! I'm sure your schedules are more restrictive than mine...I ain't got **** to do except hang out with family/friends and have fun for 8 days.

If we wind up needing a locale besides what SamboSteve offered I might be able to work something out, but you probably don't want my help with that as it would involve you going all the way into Jamaica.
