Well, overall I think the fights were pretty good, but most fights were pretty short. I was impressed that Sakuraba pulled out the victory there, especially since that fight probably would have been stopped earlier if it happened in the US. Zaromskis is looking better and better each time as well. I think that the white cage worked pretty well there too. Any thoughts on the fights?

I could have watched a Sakuraba fight last night instead of listening to people bitch over a mediocre night of UFC.

That single leg was beautiful, Saku is really my favorite grappler. However, he took lots of punishment AGAIN.The fight kinda left sour taste in my mouth because he got pretty messed up.

Overeem is a beast.Beating the **** out of Aerts standing and submitting guys in MMA.This guy is really dangerous opponent for everyone now.

Marius is a crazy mofo.I always support fighters who kick other fighters in the head.

Reporter: "Sakuraba had the heel lock early, but you kept pounding on him. Was it not effective?"
Zelg "Rush kekekek" Galesic: "Actually unfortunately for me it was very effective. He had the heel hook and I felt my leg snap, so I thought 'okay, it's snapped. no point in quitting now' so I kept hitting him. Then he switched to the toehold and I felt my ankle snap. No need to tap out, I keep pounding him. Then he snap my knee."

First Dream card I watched live. I'm glad I woke up at 2am to watch it.

So many awesome moments:
-Fujiwara wearing some kind of crazy mask, and then walking away from the ring because he couldn't see.
-Maeda's sub
-Micheal Shiavello saying "Dong Bar" a thousand times, also, after the knee to the groin, "right in the dong"
-Sakuraba
-Zaromskis KO, and coming out to "The Final Countdown"
-Kikuno coming out to "We are the world"
-James Thomsom singing Overeems walkout music
-Overeem flying out of the ring.

and I'm sure I missed some

Yeah, I knew by the way he was turning over, that his knee was either ripped up or he has some eddie bravo flexibility. Nasty!!

Correct. Unlike Mirko, Barry is capable of coming back and winning a fight that he is initially losing.

I was talking about the backflip he did after the fight, so shut the **** up.

DREAM = Rafe's favourite fight promotion.

Almost all of my favourite fighters there, and by far the most spectacular rounds, at least to me.

Though I have to say, the UFC round Machida vs Shogun got my attention this weekend.

Just watched the Sakuraba fight...man, that **** is hard to watch. The things japanese refs let happen to Saku are just illegal. I realize he's a national hero and all, but doesn't that mean they should protect his brain, rather than letting it get pounded into mush every fight, in the hopes he'll pull off another jesus-bar? And shame on the fucker for continually doing the impossible at harm to his own neurology. I love it, it's just so painful to see.

He's probably the most athletic guy ive ever trained with. Good to see him get another win.

Man i love DREAM, a few more World Class fighters and this promotion could really start to rival the UFC.
