I need more and safer leg excercises, and back excercises, and glute excercises, and arm excercises.

Wall squat (isometric), pull up, hand-stand push-ups (or isometric hold), laying prostrate on ground and arching back (isometric). Glutes are covered in wall squat.

Know what I'm talking about with all these?

More safer than what? What exercises do you consider dangerous or un-safe.

(edit) Not trying to sound like a dick, just wanted to know what exercises you can't do.

here are some basics: http://www.fitadvisor.com/schwinn/library/index.php?lib_nav=13

Matt Furey does a bunch of body weight exercises too: http://www.mattfurey.com/

hand stand push ups are hard. Not everyone can do a handstand. I'm talking body weight excercises everyone can do.

squats tear out your knees and lunges and horse stance are rumored to be evil. I need a no equipment workout that everyone can do, weak, strong, hobo, I want everyone to be able to do this workout.

Do you have the Combat Conditioning book? It's good information and all body weight calistenics. Why would you say **** Furey, because he's got a cocky attitude?

squats tear out your knees

Bullshit.

Why do you want everyone to be able to do this workout ?
Who and what are you designing this for ?

To clarify, I'm talking about a hand-stand while propped up against a wall. If movement is not possible, just unlock your elbows a bit and use it as an isometric exercise.

Or just normal push-ups.

Wall squats are pretty benign on the knees. You just cock your legs at 90 degrees and hold yourself against a wall.

Rumored? Sounds like you haven't even tried them.

Why do they have people with reconstructed knees squat?

With some attention to form, squats are potentially the best exercise you can do.

If you aren't going to squat, you aren't serious about training.

Why don't I like Furey?

Because the 3 links I posted above give you everything he has to offer for free. You can pay him $$$ if you feel the need. (Not to mention his article **cough cough** err. . . advertisement every month in Grappling magazine.)
