Tom, I doubt it. Paul's obsessed with this crap that most others have moved on from years ago. He won't rest until he's built his case and buried me and got a bunch of anonymous cowards to pile on even more. It's no secret that I am a friend of Paul's...from what I know the data is on a closed archive of a Topica account. The owner has the archives "offline" so you cant "link" to the archived posts w/o password access.

The discussions that I am referencing are on a Topica discussion board that was shut down so that the Admin could start a different one. So, though I will work with him to access the posts I need to verify my statements concerning the sparring match that never was, any links would be dead.

1. You mention legal precedence, fair use and so one so I would think that you would understand that showing a long standing history of 'past practice' is a form of substantiation when taking a stance on an issue IF there is evidence that what was is still what is... and the whole Matt Morton thing is a current example of all of the stuff going on (not to mention your posts here too).

2. I came over here because I have first hand knowledge concerning the fraud harboring, unfair, and Bullshido-esque practices that have gone on over on MT. Again, in a legal sense it's about the same as getting a whole bunch of ppl to form a class action suite. You seem to be the mouth of all things MT here, so deal with the fact that you are going to be taking the heat.

3. You didn't have the intestinal fortitude to be straight with me (on the phone) back when we were suppose to spar. You declined from just working out with me as a sign of moving forward past all the political stuff. Then you extended a gesture to meet socially that you never meant. You are the one who is questioning my 'honor.' I'm setting the record straight as best I can.

4. I will post relevant discussion samples in order to verify the statements I made. You are free to challenge the information once it is posted. But you better be able to match or beat the verasity of the information.

Bob, I was asked to provide support to previous statements I made. I'm following up on that. If I didn't do that, you'd have something to point at as a flaw in my argument and you would be right. I'm just playing by the rules here.

I completely forgot that prior to the 2005 medical injury stuff that was Bob's reason for backing out of our sparring match/workout, that Bob's coffee meet ups with Jerome, my instructor were the by product of a series of exchanges between them that started as "Let's get together and work out" to which Bob initially agreed to, but eventually backed out of because he was having headaches of unknown origins.

In the same way that Bob was adviced not to meet me, he was adviced not to meet with Jerome for the same fear of ambush type of logic.

I am sharing this information with the permission of Jerome (my instructor). I can back this up if necessary. I'm sure Jerome would be willing to write something up if need be.

Paul, say whatever you want to, post whatever edited excerpts you wish. I'm sure that the folks here will overlook being able to verify for themselves and will take your word on it all. You being honest of course, never engaged in any sock puppetry, libel, defamation of character, etc. Never made any prank calls, never did any internet stalking, and so on.

Last time I talked to Jerome about you, which was years ago I believe, he was insistent that you were training partners, not his student. But, this is your obsession, your vendetta, your reason for being. Who am I to deny you that which completes you? I'm not going to get into it with Tom, Jerome or anyone else you try to drag back in. I believe I have made peace with them and that we have moved on from our past unpleasantness.

I offered to meet you to end this never ending obsession of yours. I know it probably won't, but I have to make the attempt. You're sick Paul. Seek professional help, see a qualified psychiatrist, someone who can help you move past this fixation you have and grow up finally. Obsession is never good for the soul.
