No, no salts per se like Gatorade but it does have a complete group of 65 positively charged organic minerals including natural sodium, potassium, magnesum, all the way down to gold and silver, not in the quantity though to replace your fluids, but is formulated to assist in detoxifacation and in cellular communication. You only do a shot (glass) a day, maybe two or three if you realy want to push it (it dosnt hurt you to do more but it does get pricey tha way). It is concentrated but it is not meant to replace your bodies fluids or the normal fibor intake you have from a balanced diet. I can tell you my mat game has realy improved since I started using it on a regular basis, as have other guys in my gym and on my SWAT team. As far as proof goes, all you have to do is look at the back of the bottle, and compare it to some of the other crap that is out there. Or contact either the Greenvile Hospital Systems or the Steadman Hawkins Centers nutritionalist and ask them. I also have a guy in my network who this helped with his prostrate and a woman who has knocked out her type two diabeties. Bottom line, unless you have tried it your self, you dont know a thing about it. If you have tried it, then your opinion actually might mean something.
