Why don't you try and find a video of a full time trained man in his 20's who has been trained since childhood (as Kung Fu demands) getting into some fights. Until you've seen that, you have absultley no idea what you're talking about, you're clearly just going on rumour or myth.
Theres actual recorded history of shaolin monks that used kungfu to fight agiasnt pirates. One battle they chased japanese pirates for 20 miles and killed them. The monks were also greatly outnumbered and they still won. There are also many other recorded histories of monks in combat/fighting. They were also used as special operations. When the emperor or prince was ever kidnapped They would send in the monks. Also it is recorded that a monk would interrogate people by threatning to rip off their head and they actually would too.

I am calm I just dont like people accusing me of lieng I rarely ever lie and im proud of it.
