Registration is now open for the 2009 Western Martial Arts Weekend, which is (along with ISMAC) one of the oldest and largest WMA/HEMA conferences in the USA. The '09 conference will take place at the DeKoven Retreat Center in Wisconsin between September 10-13 and will feature 30 top instructors offering 56 practical class and lecture subjects.

Anyone planning to attend should book ASAP: apparently they have had unprecedented interest. The registration has only been open two days and the event is already 50% booked, and on-site accommodation is already full.
