hey.. i will be moving to st catharines (brock) for school next sept.
can anyone provide me with some reviews of dojos up in that area ?
currently i am studying shotokan but i am open to exploring a new style of karate. i looked in the dojo review section and there are none.
thank you
Hey Abyss,
I'd presume that your least expensive option is to see what student clubs they have at Brock U.
Failing that, will you have wheels? Could you make it as far as Hamilton or Burlington to train?
yea i looked at brock u and they don't have a club which i think blows..
anyways.. i would prefer to stay around the general area since i will be very busy with school and teaching ..commuting is not something i will have time for...

Is a commute to Niagara Falls too much? If not, you could check out Fight Club Canada
http://www.fightclubcanada.com/
They have a BJJ black belt and brown belt, judo, boxing, MT. Looks ok to me.

Oooops, sorry, just realized you were looking for karate. I know there are some goju dojo's in niagara/st.catharines. Not sure about shotokan. I would recommend kyokushin, but I'm biased, and I don't think they have any schools in St. catharines anyway. Judo is also fun, if you're interested.
