you usually buy them, and you rent the spot here you put the houseboat, on the dockside there are electricity poles etc.
you're not allowed to just take and place your houseboat anywhere.

Zendokan is a real generous guy. He has been teaching me privately my first baby steps in bjj. I can`t join a normal club due the ear (and another injury). But he is teaching me some basics as I always wanted to learn some ground fighting, with the limitations of my handicap.
I am looking forward to getting my ass kicked.

While I thank you for this, it's more of showing you some techniques of Bjj, Judo and Hoshinsul in resistance drills.
I myself have still got a long way to go compared to Wim Deputter, Arbi Muradov, Ken van Gilbergen and Eric Veulemans. But I've got hopefully still 2/3 of a lifetime to improve.
