Go to the PT forum and learn about strength and power training.
Consume vast quantities of pizza, beer and chocolate!

You're 18 and your body is still growing. Maintain a healthy lifestyle and develop your skill sets if you want to fight.
The idea that your 6'+ and want fight at a weight that your body is not ready for is not a good idea. Allow your body to progress at its natural course and stay healthy. Once you are finally out of puberty and reach full adulthood then you will see what your weight and strength are really suppose to be.
Being 18 does not make you fully mature. The law just allows you to make your own decisions at that age. Nature on the other hand does not have a specific time clock and everyone develops differently.
Your most important goal at this stage of your "career" is to develop skills not muscles. You have many years of competition ahead of you and if you take the slow calculated path you will benefit from it in the long run. If you just want to look good in your trunks then just go hang out with the muscle heads at the weight racks.

Consume feces. An inordinate amount of feces.
Fixed.
^^^^ Thanks for fixing my post!
Is there a reason why the OP wants to fight at 190-200?

Because he sees that most people in the 6ft range are fighting there.
OP. Eat a good diet with enough calories for your activity level plus some, lift weights, train, don't worry about your weight.

Testosterone Cypionate 500mg/week, 6 weeks
Nandrolone Decanoate 600mg/week, 6 weeks
Workout every day for the 6 weeks.
By the end of the 6 weeks, you'll easily be 190. EASILY.

Dude, you posted almost this exact same thread a few weeks ago.
i weigh about 150 but i want to fight at about 170 or 180 - No BS Martial Arts (http://www.bullshido.net/forums/showthread.php?t=80850)
Here's my advice; stop posting the same thread over and over and do some research on your own.

Nothing wrong with your build. The added height is an advantage for striking (though not for wrestling)

Lanky limbs mean you'll have to drill defense against some subs more often, but lank (and flexibility/dexterity) is only ever useful to your guard.
To the OP: do you compete in any sports? Whats your level of physical activity?
As has already been said your body isnt finished growing, and you may gain weight simply by waiting a year or two.

Go to your nearby vitamin or protein shop; ask for the weight gaining shake. its a drink with one-thousand calories, and a whole lot of protein. drink it once a week, and do a workout consisting of weightlifting and bodybuilding techniques. only do it for about half a month, then start eating more protein like foods, and going to the gym
if that doesn't work because your body is screwed up, just go on an ice cream pig out.

My advice is to talk to the strength and conditioning coach where you train because he could give you advice more suited for you or do what Roidmonkey said because I'm pretty sure that will get the job done too.
How long have you been training anyway?

I'd prescribe 350g of protein a day, and plenty of Vitamin T just like roid monkey mentioned. If you keep up the protein and hard training you'll lose virtually nothing at your age. Many people will however disagree with using juice at your age, it's just my non-professional yet marginally-experienced opinion.
